Agus Loedin Atelier is an independent studio devoted to the proposition that design should bear the weight of meaning and the lightness of beauty.
We accept no more than eight collaborations each season, granting every engagement the attention of our founder, a senior strategist, and a dedicated creative team. Our process is measured, our references deep, our deliverables polished until they carry the patina of inevitability.
We do not attempt all things. We do a few things with absolute conviction — building identity systems, directing campaigns, sculpting interfaces, designing objects, engineering websites, and advising the established.

“Luxury is not the price of the object. It is the weight of the intention with which it was made — and the silence it keeps when there is nothing left to prove.”

What our patrons say
★★★★★
Agus Kama Loedin has complex layers earned both by birth and by choice. With an Indo-European heritage that promises interesting challenges throughout the formative years. An education in archaeology reinforces a slant towards anthropological views, with cultivated deductive reasoning. Centred amidst all of these qualities, is an errant creativity that celebrates non-conformist freedoms whilst not being overly attached to said label.

What I love about archaeology is it provides knowledge to experiment, to think, to analyse and observe. You have to shake everything up with your thinking. If we as human beings think this way today.. how did the people in the past think? I am also a history student and I love this side of archaeology.

There is a dutch word, Kraker. Kraker is a building that has not been occupied for 3 months. Anyone can then use it and this is legal. As a result there was a lot migrants. Turkish, Russian, people from all over Europe. At one point we we would occupy these places. Groups of creative people would have a base at these locations. At one building where I was active, we won legal rights to continue using the space.

Anticipated Questions
Before the conversation begins.
A few of the questions we are most often asked during preliminary correspondence. If yours remains unaddressed here, a direct note is always the quickest route to an answer.
FAQ · 01
Do you accept all collaborations?
We do not. Approximately one in four initial conversations results in an engagement. We accept only the work we believe we are the best studio to perform, and we reserve the right to decline any collaboration for any reason.
FAQ · 02
Do you work on project-based or retainer terms?
Both. Our signature engagements are project-based with a defined scope and cadence. A small number of houses retain us annually for ongoing creative stewardship. These are by invitation only.
FAQ · 03
What is the minimum investment?
For branding and identity work, the minimum engagement is typically $18,500. For digital product and web, typically $28,000. Smaller projects — if we accept them — are scheduled during seasonal windows.
